Penarth Pavilion Bike Club has been set up with the aim of providing more children and young people, aged 10 – 25 with the skills, qualifications and confidence to ride their bikes more often. The Western Mail has a poll at http://www.walesonline.co.uk/cardiffonline (bottom left hand of the page) on whether there should be a congestion charge on vehicles in the central Cardiff area. The income would go in (large) part to sustainable transport modes.
